Campus Life

Oh Christmas Tree Lighting, Oh Christmas Tree Lighting

As the fall semester comes to a close, there are so many great events happening on campus to help students relax and unwind as finals are approaching.  Thursday, December 6th, includes one of the all time favorite events on campus— the annual Christimas Tree Lighting on the quad.

Join our Regis community on the quad this Thursday, December 6 at 5 p.m.  Before watching the lighting of the tree, there will be other fun activities aside from the christmas tree lighting.  Students, faculty, and staff have the ability to watch the Regis College Dance Company as well as the Regis College Glee singers perform.  There will be many activities that students can participate in after the tree is lit, which include fun tables inside the maria multipurpose room.

After watching these performances and the lighting of the tree, students will have the opportunity to participate in activities that are being hosted by other clubs and organizations on campus at the tabling events inside the maria multipurpose room.  There will be many fun activities to participate in at the tabling events, such as a hot chocolate bar, DIY hot chocolate mason jars, as well as pictures with friends, ice skating, and so much more!

You will not want to miss this beloved Regis tradition, so take a break from homework and studying and come on down to enjoy a night with your friends and the other members of the Regis community!  And who knows, you might even see Santa wondering around campus!
