Regalos: The Gift of Service and Ministry

Every year, the Center for Ministry and Service holds a fundraiser named Regalos, which means “gifts” in Spanish.  As many on our campus know or perhaps have participated in, the Center of Ministry and Service provides students with opportunities to go on service trips.  These trips can take students all around the country, such as Los Angeles and New Orleans, and around the world, such as Peru and Nicaragua, in order to help people in those areas as well as gain experience in their own lives.  Regalos is meant as a fundraiser for these trips and continuing to allow students to go on such amazing trips like the ones mentioned before and many more.

This year, Regalos will be held on February 22nd at 6:30pm in the College Hall Foyer.  If you would like to buy tickets for this wonderful event, click here. Join in the festivities with food, laughter, and stories from some of the participants of the service trips.  If you want to contribute, but don’t think you will be able to attend the fundraiser or you don’t have enough money for a ticket (college expenses are hard–we get that), then donate whatever you can to the campaign. Every penny counts and helps the Center for Ministry and Service get that much closer to sending a student to a life changing experience.
