The international standard GMP is considered one of the main in the world, defining the requirements for the production of food, medicines, dietary supplements.
The international standard ISO 22000 integrates the principles of the HACCP system and the application stages developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC / RCP 1-1969).
Products supplied to the markets of the European Union must comply with the quality standards applied in the European Union and be safe for consumers, animals and the environment. In order to confirm compliance with the minimum safety standards in the
territory of all countries of the European Union, as well as in Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Turkey, marking and quality control of goods are applied.
In the course of this process, a special sign is affixed to the products confirming the conformity of the products with the applicable EU Directives and harmonized norms of technical regulation in the European Union, and indicating that all these products
have passed the certification and declaration procedure for the European market. Today - this type of certification is the only mandatory certification procedure in the countries of the European Union, confirming
the conformity of products to European quality standards and providing access to the European market. At the same time - the use of certification for advertising or marketing purposes is prohibited.
Certification of goods provides free access of goods to the European market, and circulation of goods throughout the European economic space. These documents received in one of the EU countries are valid throughout the European Union and provide the possibility
of issuing products to circulation and its free sale throughout the EU. In essence, the purpose of this certification is to ensure the economic integration of the countries of the European economic space and free
circulation of goods.
The EC Certificate of Conformity is required for a number of Union Directives and modular schemes. In the EU, the certificate indicates the name of the product, model or modification, the manufacturer of the product, the holder of the certificate (if
necessary), the notified body (authorized body) that issued the certificate, the validity period of the EU certificate, the number and date of the product test reports, specifying the
harmonized standards, according to which tests and which have been applied to this product, the Directives applicable to certain products.

Registration takes place on-line only in Portuguese. And in general, all business correspondence is conducted exclusively in Portuguese.
For import it is necessary to obtain an import license or, in a relevant federal agency, federal agencies have the right to issue a license for imports to certain groups of goods). The license is valid for 60 days from the date of shipment of the goods or from the date of issue, which is often not enough to complete the transaction and then the license will have to be re-received. All imported goods must be accompanied by two copies of the invoice and the bill of lading. In case of failure to comply with the above requirements, a fine of up to 100% of the import duties may be imposed.

Kearney, Russia entered the top ten most attractive countries for corporate investors.
Certification of products in Russia is carried out for compliance with established quality standards, and the final documents are: a certificate of compliance, a declaration of compliance, a certificate of state registration and a fire certificate. Determine which of the documents must be obtained from the nomenclature of goods subject to mandatory confirmation of compliance in the Russian Federation.
Certification of products in Russia is necessary not only for implementation, but also for the purposes of customs clearance. If the product is subject to certification, declaration or state registration, it is necessary to obtain the relevant document, which is passed to the customs authorities.
Certification of products is a guarantee of its quality, protects the buyer from an unscrupulous manufacturer. Confirmation that the product is safe for the environment and our lives is the certification of product quality.
Certification of goods for India
Despite the fact that 17.2% of the world population (1254.02 million people) already live in India, it continues to grow very rapidly.
According to the consensus forecast, in the next decade, India will become the most populous country in the world. When integrating into the world economy, such countries accelerate growth by borrowing technology from its more developed representatives.
In the process of certification of foreign manufacturers, authorized bodies may grant licenses for the trade of any product with the relevant Indian standard and requirements for its characteristics. These requirements are based on a system through which the manufacturer is given permission to use the sign of compliance with Indian standards.
Food certification services are provided at the first stage of the supply chain, in order to obtain the highest quality products at an affordable price by the end user.
None of the experienced and successful entrepreneurs will not want to overpay the employee or the whole certification department: pay salaries, pay sick-lists, equip the workplace.
Documents confirming the quality will be issued by the authorized bodies of India in a period of 2 to 3 months, after carrying out all the necessary tests.
By providing us with work to support the certification and standardization of our products for export to India - you can significantly reduce current expenses and not be distracted from managing your production as quickly as possible, avoiding the arrest of your goods at customs and other negative consequences.
Documentation in China
Due to the current economic situation, China has become an attractive market for any company, especially for food producers. To protect the domestic market, the PRC government pays much attention to measures not tariff regulation for import-export operations. Virtually the entire range of goods falls under certain interim measures. For all imported imported goods, the certificates must be issued in advance on a par with the registration of the trademark / trademark, calculation of the cost at the input, adaptation of the product to the national market, organization of trading platforms and conducting marketing research.
To confirm the safety and compliance with the requirements of China's legislation, all products are investigated in full. The work of certification centers is clearly regulated by law. The list of documents and the number of samples in each specific case are precisely defined.
Certification Procedure in China
Since the late 1970s, China has reoriented from a closed, centrally planned system to a more market-oriented economy, which is one of the largest in the world - in 2010, China became the world's largest exporter. Reforms began with collectivized agriculture and expanded through gradual price liberalization, financial decentralization, increased autonomy for state enterprises, the creation of a diverse banking system, the development of stock markets, the rapid growth of the private sector and increased openness to foreign trade and investment.
At import the issued documents are handed over together with the set of shipping documents to the customs office. All documents issued for import are recognized as sufficient in domestic trade transactions in China. This applies to both wholesale work with networks, and retail, and Internet sales. Large Chinese distributors, chain stores and Internet sites put the condition for the sale of goods to provide permissive documents in public access in the cards of the goods. The cost of documents is not low, before the start of registration you need a clear understanding: what positions are planned to be promoted in the Chinese market.
Determine what documents will be required for import, only an expert who knows Chinese legislation in the field of foreign economic activity can.
Terms of obtaining certificates in China
Standard terms of carrying out of examinations in the state accredited laboratories of the People's Republic of China from 1 to 4 months from the moment of submission of a full package of documents and samples at the request of the laboratory.
Timelines for Chinese certificates
Standard tests are issued for a period of 1-2 years, certificates and import licenses are valid for 3-4 years, significantly help to avoid problems during the conclusion of transactions.
South Africa
On the development of the economy of South Africa holds a leading position among all countries in Africa. It accounts for about 28% of GDP, 40% of industrial and 30% of agricultural products throughout the continent. The economy of South Africa is in a state of stable growth and occupies the 17th place in the world in terms of GDP. Such success is due to the availability of the richest resource base, a wide range of extracted land resources, an extensive advanced technological base and a market of rather cheap qualified and unskilled labor. Also, the engine of the economic growth of the country is a sound economic policy, which, together with structural reforms, helped the country to accelerate economic growth with a slowdown in inflation, strengthening of the state financial system and growth of foreign economic influence.
Import of Products
Certification of products imported to the South African region is mandatory, as one of the official forms of evidence of useful properties of products.
The procedure for certification of products includes the formulation of such documents that confirm the quality of products and allow its import into the country.
These are the most common types of permits. Some positions are additionally required to issue a certificate of state registration, licenses or permits for use.
Certification of the product's quality is carried out for compliance with the requirements of the approved technical regulations.
According to the established rules, certification in South Africa is carried out in several steps, the first of which is the submission of an application and a package of documents to an accredited center or other authorized body. Then, laboratory tests of samples are carried out, the results of which determine the possibility of issuing the necessary documents.
International standard GMP
The international standard GMP is considered one of the main in the world, defining the requirements for the production of food, medicines, dietary supplements.
The full name of this set of requirements is Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products, which in translation means "Rules for the production of medical products".
The international standard GMP has the following objectives: to ensure a high level of product quality. Ensure that the formula of the produced product corresponds to the claimed; the product does not contain foreign impurities; there is a corresponding
marking; the product is properly packaged; It will not lose its properties over the expiration date.
The beginning of the standard was laid in the USA in 1963, when the first rules of safe and high-quality manufacturing of medicines were born. The standard form of the official document, however, they took only in 1968. A year later, the World Health
Organization (WHO) recommended that all countries apply the international standard GMP. Subsequently, these rules were repeatedly supplemented and adjusted until the current species was adopted.
Interest in the international standard began to appear only since 1991, when the processes of import and export of products were being intensified. However, at first, it was not possible to achieve harmony of such different rules. Only in recent years
there have been some real progress.
The main elements of the GMP standard The GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard provides many indicators that manufacturers must meet. For producers of certain types of products, the requirements
for each stage of manufacturing are detailed: from the concentration of bacteria contained in one cubic meter of air to the marking of products. An example is the requirement for an enterprise manufacturing medicines
in tablets. In such cases, GMP (international standard) requires from the organization "especially clean shops", in which the increased sterility of the process is achieved by the entry gateways for the personnel,
a special mode of air filtration and so on. What conditions are needed to move to the standard? To transfer enterprises to the international standard GMP, both external and internal conditions are necessary. At
the state level, it is required: to create a legal, regulatory and methodological framework through which to monitor compliance with these rules. Here you need a staff of qualified inspectors who will have detailed
methodological materials on checking companies before issuing certificates, as well as laws on prosecution of offenders.This is especially true in the category of "quality", as the current specialists in control
and issuing permits do not have sufficient qualifications. In addition, in the implementation network there is no emphasis on the quality of the finished product. Trade continues to focus more on the price of the
product, often at the expense of its quality.
Standard ISO 22000
ISO 22000 establishes requirements for the management system of organizations involved in the food production and consumption chain to demonstrate their ability to control food safety risks and ensure that the end products, according to their purpose,
are safe for consumers.
The food safety management system built on the basis of the requirements of this standard will allow your organization:
Identify and evaluate all hazards that may potentially occur in the food production chain, including hazards associated with the type of process and equipment used;
efficiently exchange information with suppliers, consumers and other stakeholders (from agricultural producers to food producers, food laboratories, supervisors, etc.) in the food chain;
comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements for food safety and agreed consumer requirements.
The international standard ISO 22000 is designed for harmonious sharing with ISO 9001. In addition, the standard integrates the principles of the HACCP system and the application stages developed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC / RCP 1-1969).
Demonstration of the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the ISO 22000 standard can be confirmed by passing the certification procedure and obtaining a certificate of compliance from independent competent
and authorized international and national authorities.
Scope of the ISO 22000 standard The ISO 22000 standard is applicable to all organizations involved in any aspect of the food chain, regardless of their type, size and products. This includes, for
example, feed producers, farmers, ingredient producers and food producers, food processing companies, catering companies, organizations involved in the cleaning, transportation, storage and distribution of food
products.
Other organizations indirectly associated with the food chain (eg, suppliers of equipment, cleaning products, packaging materials and other materials in contact with food) can also effectively apply this standard.
Benefits of ISO 22000 food safety management system certification To date, food products at any stage of the chain of production and supply can not only move within the country, but also cross national
borders. The application of the ISO 22000 standard, above all, will increase the credibility of your products, as it ensures the application of the same rules regarding the quality and safety of food products for
organizations around the world.
The introduction of a food safety management system based on the requirements of ISO 22000 optimizes the management processes of your organization, which in turn allows you to not divide attention and resources into all possible hazards, and pay special
attention only to individual stages (identified control critical points ( CCP)), which significantly affects the safety of products for consumers.
In addition, your organization, ensuring a stable quality of products, can receive significant financial savings by reducing the share of marriage and the number of complaints.
Thanks to the certification of the food safety management system according to the requirements of the ISO 22000 standard, your organization has the following advantages:
the growth of consumer and regulatory authorities' confidence, as well as the formation of the reputation of a manufacturer of quality and safe products;
acquisition of a marketing tool to attract more loyal consumers and new business partners;
Elimination of barriers to trade in the European and international market and the problems of mutual recognition of the results of conformity assessment in the field of food safety;
increase the competitiveness of the enterprise's products due to the availability of a certificate recognized on international markets.
FREE-SALE and other certification
Free sale certificate or, as it is called Certificate of free sale, is used to increase the competitiveness of the product. This certificate shows that the exported goods have all the necessary documents in accordance with local laws and can be freely sold in the territory of the country where it was issued.
There are two types of free sale certificate: for a contract for a specific supply of goods abroad or for the purpose of registering a contract (production / company) at a foreign instance, for example, if you are supplying medical supplies to Egypt, the contract will need to be registered with the Ministry of Health of Egypt.
Requirements for filling in the certificate:
the name of the organization issuing the certificate;
the name of the applicant;
the name of the manufacturer of the product;
the name of the country to which the goods are delivered.

In addition to these documents, you can provide additional papers related to the export of products. It may even be a presentation about a company or about a product.

The certification of goods for the countries of the union "MAGHREB"
The Union of the Arab Maghreb is a union of several states in Africa - Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia.
Algeria
The economy of Algeria is based mainly on the extraction of hydrocarbon raw materials, also developed agriculture, fishing for seafood. The volume of exports in 2005 is $ 44.4 billion, while imports are $ 20 billion. Algeria is a member of OPEC, WTO, the African Union. In September 2005, the country received the status of an associate member of the European Union and actively participates in the process of trade cooperation between the countries of the region.
In order to optimize costs for trade transactions and import of goods subject to mandatory certification to Algeria, we can provide manufacturers with a document of compliance (quality certificate) issued by the authorized inspection and certification body. This document must certify the conformity of imported goods with the technical norms and standards of this country.
Authorized bodies can issue a proper document of compliance - a certificate of quality control of goods, or another document (depending on the category of goods and the name of the certifying authority), which simplifies the process of customs clearance of imported goods.
The Algerian certificate of quality indicates that the goods meet the mandatory requirements for safety and quality, promotes international trade, helps prevent delays in the clearance of goods at customs, and also helps reduce the potential losses associated with the import of goods that do not meet the established standards.
These documents are issued after confirmation of the fact of compliance of the goods with all established requirements.
Our company, which has extensive experience in conducting conformity assessment programs around the world, offers exporting and importing companies effective integrated solutions to ensure compliance of goods imported into Algeria with the standards established in that country, as soon as possible.
Tunisia
When Tunisia gained independence in 1956, it was an agrarian country. Since then, the industrial base of Tunisia has considerably expanded, the dominant role in which belongs to several large sectors. The development of the Tunisian economy depends on the export of oil and mineral raw materials, the growth of manufacturing industries, the development of tourism and income from abroad. By the early 1980s, agriculture remained an important but far from the predominant sector of the economy. The gross domestic product (GDP) of Tunisia in 1997 was 18.7 billion US dollars. In recent years, income has increased steadily, and since 1956 to 1997 it has risen from $ 300 to $ 2034. The development of the economy in independent Tunisia has proceeded at a relatively rapid pace, but, as it turned out, is not always in the right direction.
Our company can independently or with the help of representatives assist you in filing an international type application for trademark registration in Tunisia, which requires a complete set of documents. All of the documents listed below are provided in a single copy.

In addition to this, you need to give the company representing your interests, complete information about the company registering the trademark, and the graphic image of the brand in electronic format.
The application is sent to the office of origin, which must verify it.
Further, an examination is carried out for the uniqueness of the trademark, the registration of the mark in the international registry and the official publication of the mark in the Bulletin.
After that, the authorized body notifies both parties (the country to which the application was submitted and the applicant for registration) of a positive decision and issues to the applicant a certificate of receipt of a trademark registration in Tunisia.
Upon the issuance of the certificate, registration is considered complete, and this trademark falls under the protection of public authorities.
Morocco
Morocco is a developing agrarian country. The Moroccan economy is viewed as a relatively liberal economy, functioning on the basis of the law of supply and demand. Since 1993, a policy of privatization has been carried out here, as a result of which some sectors of the economy have moved from government to private hands.
The Kingdom maintains close trade relations with the European Union. In the past few years, the slowdown in the pace of economic development of the EU has had a corresponding impact on the state of exports from Morocco to Europe. The government of the country sees its main goal in improving the business climate. To achieve this goal, the government has taken a number of measures aimed at creating comfortable conditions for doing business. Taking advantage of its geographical proximity to Europe and the relatively low cost of labor, Morocco seeks to build a diversified, open, market-oriented economy.
Import of Products
Legislation of Morocco is aimed at the development and strengthening of international relations. All imported products are carefully checked at the customs. The purpose of this control is to prevent the penetration of potentially dangerous goods into the territory of the country and to limit their distribution from one zone to another by conducting sanitary inspections of products, including plant origin at control points.
We can provide full assistance in the control of imports, which includes: 1) control of documentation; 2) identification control; 3) physical control; 4) laboratory analysis of some products. Based on the results of the inspection, the competent authorities issue an appropriate import document specifying a decision based on the results. The term for issuing such documents does not exceed 3 months, from the date of receipt of the application.
Libya
Libya is an industrial country with a planned economy. The economy of Libya largely depends on oil production, which provides about half of GDP. From 2000 to the present time, the country's economy is growing at a steady pace.
This allows the state to finance free health care, education, a large part of the housing stock and other social services at a relatively high level and support the continental championship in most components of the quality of life.
Conditions for importation into Libya and necessary documents
In Libya for the import of goods there can be only two ways:
by an officially registered sales representative (all consumer goods, cars and machinery, equipment, workshops, hospitals and laboratories, etc.)
through the branches of foreign companies in Libya (in case of providing services, for example, construction and installation works).
Detailed information (list of goods subject to trade and list of branches for registration) Each importer and representative must receive the necessary registration for a certain group of goods.
For the import of certain product categories - in addition to the local registration of the importer, registration of a foreign producer and product in local certification bodies is required. Some products (vaccines, blood products, chemotherapy drugs, weapons and explosives, petroleum products, cigarettes) can only be imported by government agencies. Restrictions have been imposed on the importation of Israeli goods.
Our company can provide any services related to the passage of customs clearance of your products in Libya, the unhindered import of goods into the country. We will inform you in advance about the list of necessary documents and the specifics of the design of each group of goods. With us - all manufacturers of quality products can feel confident, and in a short time pass all the verification procedures, both in laboratories and at customs.
Mauritania
Mauritania is located at the junction of North and Tropical Africa, at the intersection of two air routes from Europe to Latin America, along the Atlantic coast. This situation of the country explains the specifics of its socio-economic development, the combination of features characteristic of the Maghreb countries, with the peculiarities inherent in the states located to the south of the Sahara.
From an economic point of view, Mauritania is a shelf-rich shelf, iron ore. The country's geological exploration potential is high, which increases its investment attractiveness to a high level. European business has been working there since colonial times, the Chinese are extremely active today.
The modern foreign trade development of Mauritania is characterized by a large share of natural resources and marine resources in total exports. The structure of the economy is subject to change, but at a slow pace. The share of services, mainly port services and tourism, is growing due to foreign investments. The main partners of the country in the main spheres of international relations are France, Germany, Italy, the United States, Japan and China.
Registration of goods.
For certification of products in this market, you need to take care of all the rules and regulations established by Mauritanian law in advance.
Requirements for the safety of goods of various groups are constantly increasing. Consumers and state regulatory bodies are increasingly demanding that all products that are consumed meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In the event of a problem, its source must be immediately identified and eliminated. These requirements are primarily related to retail trade, but the responsibility for food quality and safety now extends to the entire supply chain, including food producers, raw materials and transport companies.
Standards of quality and safety of any product are established by the relevant state authorities and relevant laboratories. The requirement of these enterprises is the independent certification of a third party for the approval of the safety system of products.

In order to undergo import procedures and customs clearance of various products - it is necessary to obtain various additional documents in the Country of import confirming the quality of the goods.
These documents can be obtained from the Government Agencies of needed Country. Only a Government Agency will issue such documents without intermediaries.
As a rule, it is almost impossible for foreign manufacturing Companies to obtain these documents. Also, often, the passage of such procedures is associated with bureaucracy and language barriers for foreign manufacturers.
Therefore, these state-issued documents are usually obtained directly by the local Importer before importing the goods.
But, as a rule, the Manufacturer needs to do this before this process begins. It is at this stage that we offer our support in services:
For manufacturers who wish to develop a foreign market and increase the competitiveness of their products, as well as to convince customers of the proper quality of their goods, we offer a full list of necessary services.
Our Company analyzes the legislation of the Country into which Manufacturer wants to import products (quality requirements, labels, sanitary standards, etc.) and checks against the data that provided to us. Based on this information, conclusions are drawn and a certification document (or its analogue) is issued.
Similar documents are ordered by 90% of all foreign companies that want to enter the foreign market. Documents are used to convince the Importer that the products really can meet the necessary standards and norms.
In turn, the Company - Importer, after receiving these documents, will be able to perform the following steps of the complex process of importing products, rather than wasting time and money in vain when registering with Government agencies, not having the confidence that it will be able to complete this process (from -for non-compliance of products with the standards and requirements in the Country of import).
The main activity of the Сompany - is the issuance of documents with analysis of products and their study on the potential possibility of compliance with state standards in Your chosen country, and as a result - confirming the quality of the goods. The cost of such services for obtaining product documents for companies from EU countries and Asia (cosmetics, food, fertilizers, etc.) is 950 euros per item + a small percentage for modification (depends on the type of product), and for companies from the USA -1350 euros for one position (cosmetics, food, fertilizers and so on), for complex equipment from any country - from 2100 to 2800 euros for one position.
The provision of such services is carried out in the period from 20 to 65 days after receipt of the necessary documents.
Our Company can also provide assistance in obtaining quality certificates and their analogues, which are issued by the state or government authorities of certain countries (if this is provided for by the local legislation of these countries). To provide assistance services in obtaining these documents in state bodies, it is necessary to conclude an Agreement with an exact indication of the issuing authority and the exact name of the document that you want to receive.
The cost of these services is at least 3,500 euros per position for Companies from any country. The deadline is from 90 to 360 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Also, - obtaining these documents for some countries - provides for a mandatory visit with a check to the place of production of specialists from that state body of a certain country that is authorized to issue such documents. Therefore, we always offer our partners to receive at the first stage a document in the form established by our company, and then - engage in state certification in order to avoid unnecessary financial and time costs.
With respect, Directorate of the Company.
